Challenge
A startup founder reached out with a 20-slide investor deck that was dense with data but visually flat. They had a logo and basic colors, but no cohesive brand system. With their pitch meeting the next morning, they needed a complete visual overhaul in a half-day design sprint that would capture investor attention and communicate credibility fast.
Solution
I built a foundational style guide from scratch and redesigned the entire deck in Google Slides, prioritizing information hierarchy to ensure the most critical data stood out. When a typography glitch surfaced the morning of their pitch, I jumped on a shared screen and manually fixed every slide in real-time. The result was a polished, boardroom-ready deck delivered with minutes to spare.
